With the beginning of the free market, from the Law 9074, July 7th, 1995, consumers have the option to choose who would be their supplier of electric power, not having the obligation to hire this energy by the local Distributor.
The fundamental premise of the free market is to present 100% of the requirement for ballast. For consumers it is necessary to acquire contracts for all energy consumed. Following the same idea, the energy producers may sell the energy they generate or buy, as well as the traders who must acquire sufficient energy to supply its sales. The calculation of these values is made monthly within the CCEE.
It is in this free contracting environment (ACL) that DEAL COMERCIALIZADORA acts as energy trader, brokering, buying or selling conventional and encouraged energy to free and specials consumers as well as for other market players.
DEAL COMERCIALIZADORA sells contracts for short, medium and long term at fixed prices or variables, PLD + fixed spread contracts, option contracts, collars and SWAPS involving different types of energy source, periods or submarkets.Market Intelligence

The publication of the Law 11909, March 4th, 2009 (gas law) was a milestone for the gas market. It disciplines all activities related to the piped natural gas in Brazil, beyond the treatment of LNG and still offers the main topics about the marketing of this energy input.
